Lolliposh is the only Upscale Children’s Consignment Sale and Bazaar in South Florida!
Our seasonal sale, held 2-3 times per year, offers the public the opportunity to buy and sell BRAND NEW and GENTLY USED,BOUTIQUE and BRAND NAME clothing, toys, furniture and accessories for babies, kids, and now, expectant mothers.
Only the highest quality brands are accepted and sold, including Gymboree, The Children’s Place, Guess, Old Navy, Gap/Baby Gap, Kenneth Cole, Ralph Lauren, Paul Frank, Nautica, Lacoste, Janie and Jack, Limited Too, Baby Lulu, Zara and much more!
Lolliposh is the place to sell and buy: bassinets, cribs, strollers, walker, exersaucers, etc.
All those expensive items and so much more, can be found for a fraction of retail at our sales!
Where did Lolliposh come from?
Lolliposh is the vision of 3 South Florida Moms, and good friends: Lina Uribe, Juliana Ruiz and Alejandra Marrero-Brelage.
As mothers of infants and toddlers (7 combined!) we each had tons of clothing, toys and baby equipment that we no longer needed, but were interested in selling. We weren't willing to sweat & haggle in garage sales, or open up our homes to strangers through Craigslist. We were looking for quick and easy gratification!
We visited a few local consignment shops, but realized we wanted something different!
We wanted a place where our excellent-quality, brand-name items would not be overlooked by items that were more noticeably worn and used.
And most importantly, we wanted to set our own prices and receive payment within days, not weeks nor months!
Enter LOLLIPOSH CONSIGNMENT SALE & BAZAAR; the result of hundreds of hours of research, calls, conferences, meetings, surveys, sweat, and so much more. We have endured countless setbacks, and more than one door has been closed on us, and our new retail concept.
But; Lolliposh is our passion project, almost like a 3rd child (fourth for Juliana :-), and we were determined to bring it to life!
The three of us have put our hearts and souls into Lolliposh, and thankfully it shows. Our little project has grown in tremendous proportions. From our first event in Nov. 2008 to our second in April 2009 ;we tripled in size! That is, we had 3x as many consignors, 3x as many boutiques, 3x as many vendors, and 3x the sales! Not to shabby for a completely new concept and approach to retail!
We are confident that an event like ours benefits EVERYONE involved, especially moms, like ourselves.
