Consignors are responsible for ensuring they are not consigning any recalled or unsafe items per the CPSC.
Under the Consumer Product Safety Initiative Act, consignors cannot sell items that contain levels of lead that exceed current lead limits.

All items submitted to Lolliposh must comply with current lead and phthalates as regulated by the C.P.S.C.
Original stickers on large items (playhouses, walkers, playpens) must be visible and legible.

Lolliposh reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet our requirements.

• NEW FALL 2010: We will no longer be accepting Drop Side Cribs, of any manufacturer or model, no exceptions!
• Clothing from Discount Store and Discount Brands, unless new with tags. SEE LISTs
• Used Gerber Onesies 0-18 months (such as the ones sold in packages of 3 or more)
• Any items in less than excellend condition
• Used Potty Chairs, Toilet Seats, Diaper Disposals and Bibs
• Used Socks, Underwear, Diaper Gaurds or any type of Undergarments
• Used Stuffed Animals
• Used Pacifiers, Bottles, Nipples, Sippy Cups , Eating Utensils or other Feeding Gear.
• Car Seats .The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission states that car seats may incur
  structural wear and tear through normal daily use or from being involved in even a minor
  car accident, making them unsafe. The Safety Commission points out that many problems
  that may cause the seat to fail in the event of an accident are NOT apparent upon visual inspection.
  We all just want to keep our kids safe, so we will not be accepting any car seats. We hope you understand.
